InTune Clinic was an osteopathy clinic that provided expert manual therapy, based in North East England. Their treatment is for people in pain, who want specialists they can have confidence in and who deliver results. To help InTune emerge as an industry leader, I helped set about rebranding the business and built a new lead gen-focused site.
Directing their photography was a key component to standing out in their industry. Other clinics nationwide regurgitate the same imagery and begin to blend into each other. Instead, we switched it up to place the focus on the core of their service: their hands and technique.
The palette emphasises the pleasant, clinical aesthetic and high quality care through bright, clean colours. The simple, modern typography evokes InTune’s approachable, professional brand personality.
We focused on building a stronger on-site experience, laying out a solid site architecture, developing a new SEO strategy and that would place emphasis on visual brand storytelling.
InTune's previous website site lack mobile responsiveness, contributing to their high bounce rates. A mobile friendly design was a high priority, meeting web traffic demand that is rapidly rising.
InTune's expressed interest in long-term plans to coach other professionals and host educational events, so establishing them as an authority in their field was imperative.
Bitesized informational content and a clean, cohesive feed had a big impact with local users.
Refining their marketing had a huge effect on conversions and was a key component behind their rapid expansion. Promoting clean, minimal imagery that focused on the body and simple eye-catching text.
The original forms were rather basic, created in microsoft word. Redesigned, they have a cohesive layout and better flow that was developed to fluidly match investigations during session examination.
The new InTune Clinic website is a significantly stronger user experience, with improved navigation and content. Their service value has been elevated, resulting in them feeling confident about marketing their service as premium and increasing prices across the board by 40%. There are new sub-pages specifically designed to boost marketing and SEO, conversion funnels backed by brand awareness and social proof.
The new branding has set them apart from a rather dated industry, outstripping competitors with rapid growth and increased positive customer feedback.
